Junior Medical Careers Information Day

  • Dr Jess Triay
    Consultant in Endocrinology and General Medicine.
    She works closely with the MEO to ensure that interns are provided with education and supervision throughout the year, as per PMCV standards.
  • Dr Mark Savage
    Director of Medicine and Clinical Dean.
    As Director of Clinical Training, he works closely with the MEO and SIT, to support postgraduate training in Bendigo Health.
  • Dr Nicola Yuen
    Director of Obstetric & Gynaecology and Deputy Chief Medical Officer.
    As DCMO, manager of the junior medical workforce, and key stakeholders, including the accreditation processes for medical colleges as well as motivating medical teams to facilitate organisational change.

After the success of the previous Regional Critical Care Conferences, and with the support of excellent presenters, our trade exhibitors and event partners, the RCCC is becoming the finest critical care conference offered in regional Australia.

  • Theme: Integrated Critical Care: Piecing it Together

The third Regional Critical Care Conference (RCCC) on Friday 4 and Saturday 5 August 2017.  After the success of the previous Regional Critical Care Conferences, and with the support of excellent presenters, our trade exhibitors and event partners, the RCCC is becoming the finest critical care conference offered in regional Australia.

The theme of this year’s conference is, ‘Integrated Critical Care: Piecing it Together’. It will provide an inter-professional examination of the different parts of the critical care journey involving patient-centred exploration of the pre-hospital, Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, anaesthesia and recovery domains, as well as the technologies of critical care.

The two day conference will feature keynote speakers, plenary and concurrent sessions, free papers and a stellar conference dinner. The theme reflects the collaboration and interface between the spectrum of critical care services and technologies. Session topics include sepsis, trauma, neurology, resuscitation, paediatrics and governance and quality.
