Transport & Parking
Vehicles parked on Bendigo Health premises are parked at the owner’s risk. A limited number of onsite visitor car parks are available and a fee applies. Limited free patient parking is available on both campuses.
There is parking in the basement of the new hospital for patients and visitors, $2 per hour, capped at $10 maximum per day. Time restricted free parking is available in the surrounding streets ie Arnold St, Stewart St, Barnard St, Lucan St, Bayne St, Drought St and Hope St.
Failure to observe parking restrictions on Bendigo Health grounds and the surrounding streets may result in a parking infringement notice being issued by the City of Greater Bendigo.
Mercy Street Parking
Mercy St is available for 30 minute parking and there is a patient drop off/pick up area at the entrance to the new hospital and also at John Lindell Rehabilitation Unit on the Anne Caudle Centre campus.
Patient Pick and Drop Off Zones.
Patient pick up and drop off zones are located at the main hospital entrance off Mercy Street and the Emergency Department entrance off Drought Street.
