The Bendigo Health GP Liaison Manager has a role to facilitate communication and access across the Hospital and General Practice and to liaise with Primary Health Networks in order to optimise patients’ experience of their care.

The Victorian Department of Health and Human Services has developed statewide referral criteria to assist GPs and clinicians referring patients to specialist clinic and improve the quality and appropriateness of referrals.
