Patient Experience Net Promoter Score

At Bendigo Health we survey our consumers to measure their experience of care, treatment and services. Most importantly we analyse and use this information to continuously improve and to deliver patient centered care.

A Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a measure of patient satisfaction that measures how likely our consumers are to recommend Bendigo Health to a friend.

The Australian Healthcare Index notes that in Australia and New Zealand, organisations should aim for an average NPS of 30. A score above 70 is considered excellent. More information can be found here.
