Counselling

Caring for someone can be very rewarding, but at times can feel challenging and lonely. Counselling allows carers to speak openly and honestly about how they’re feeling in relation to the caring role.  The counsellor will provide a safe space to explore specific issues and work together on the way forward. Counselling is available over the phone or in-person.
