Carers are invited to express their interest in a group Equine Assisted Wellbeing program, which involves interactions between individuals and horses to promote emotional growth and learning.
The program utilises horses as a medium to address life challenges and improve emotional wellbeing. Horses are naturally empathetic, live in the moment and are keen observers, who are vigilant and sensitive to movement and emotion. They often will mirror behaviour or emotions, conveying understanding and connection providing a feeling of safety.
