The service is designed to enhance, support and simplify clinical care through a combination of tele-health & face to face Specialist consultations.

Tele-Health connects patients to Specialists using video conferencing facilities, which allow consultations to occur from a variety of settings, without the need to travel to Bendigo Health.

The service offers:

• comprehensive geriatric assessment
• timely review for complex cases
• case conferencing
• annual and medication review

How to access this clinic

You will need a referral letter from your GP or medical practitioner.
When your referral is received it will be reviewed based on clinical need.
We will then notify you of your appointment time or if you have been placed on a waitlist.

What to bring

• appointment letter
• Medicare card
• list of medications that you are currently taking
• any relevant test results or x-rays from services outside Bendigo Health

Patients are seen strictly in order of appointment time. We do our best to run to time, however delays do occur.
