All state-run vaccination centres in Victoria, including Bendigo Health, will administer the second dose of Pfizer vaccine at least six weeks after the first dose.
A six week minimum interval means more Victorians can receive their first dose of the Pfizer vaccine, providing protection against hospitalisation and severe disease.
This change is consistent with the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation Clinical Guidelines.

AstraZeneca is available to anyone aged 60 and over.
People aged 16-39 in the below groups are eligible for the Pfizer vaccine.
Bendigo Health’s COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic is located at 113-133 Mollison Street, Bendigo.
The Vaccination Clinic is open from 10am-5pm, seven days a week.
The clinic will accept walk-in appointments.
If the clinic reaches walk-in capacity for the day you will be given the opportunity to register for the vaccine.
Access to the clinic is via Mollison Street. Accessible parking and entry is available in McLaren Street. Further public parking is also available on McLaren Street.
Please discuss with your GP if you have an existing medical condition or medical history that you believe puts you at risk of receiving a certain vaccine.
Your GP can fill out a referral form on your behalf to the Victorian Specialist Immunisation Services (VicSIS).
The outcome of your referral will be sent back to your GP once assessed by VicSIS.
*Please note due to the number of referrals in the system, there is a delay in referrals being assessed.

The minimum time required between a dose of flu vaccine and a dose of COVID-19 Vaccine is 7 days.
There is no requirement regarding the order of flu and COVID vaccines.
