Accommodation

Accommodation is available for 45 single bedrooms. Rooms are also available for married couples. All rooms and communal areas have reverse cycle air conditioning.

Environment

This comprises of five houses, each containing a kitchen and dining area with communal spaces within the home for residents.

There are expansive indoor recreational rooms and large outdoor garden areas with walking paths. The outdoor spaces provide an area of tranquillity for quiet reflection for residents and families to enjoy.

There is a large communal dining/lounge area. Surrounding gardens, accessible verandas and sitting rooms make the homes unique and creates a warm and inviting environment. 

Person Centred Care

The home strives to a high standard of quality, individualised care to meet your specialised needs and employs highly-skilled, qualified staff. Our staff work in collaboration with your chosen doctor to provide care according to your assessed needs. 

Senior registered nurses are onsite 24/7 to oversee specialised aged care services. A qualified team of specialised staff are an integral part of the care team and assist in planning care outcomes for residents. This includes:

Lifestyle program

Extensive programs cater for the needs and interests of residents.

We aim to make our lifestyle programs enjoyable, mentally stimulating, whilst meeting cultural, spiritual and specialised needs. The home has a bus that helps maintain access to the community for shopping trips and community outings.

Meals

Fresh home-style meals are prepared daily in consultation with our dieticians and are cooked onsite by qualified chefs. Meals are well balanced, healthy and delicious. Special dietary needs are easily accommodated.

Breakfast is self serve in the kitchenettes while lunch and tea is served in the main dining room.

My Aged Care

In response to the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety recommendations, the Australian Government has implemented a Star Rating system to help people better compare aged care services and make an informed choice about where they would like to live. These ratings are available on the MyAgedCare.gov.au website.
