Care Pathways

Care pathways fall outside the LMPHU jurisdiction – responsibility is with health services who are directly responding to DH direction – refer to Department of Health Targeted Outbreak Management COVID-19 Playbook.

• LMPHU notified of positive case from Department of Health (the Department’s web-based TREVI system)
• Regional Health Service notified of positive case requiring COVID Positive Pathway support also via TREVI

Operational considerations

• Provide area updates via weekly COVID huddles
• Consider communication needs via Loddon Mallee Health Network Regional Communication arrangements and information sharing
• Consider regional coordination role for set-up needs (dependent on complexity)
