Residential Mental Health and Wellbeing Services

Residential Mental Health and Wellbeing Services provide treatment and support for people who need a higher level of care in a supportive, home-like setting.

Residential care means staying in a dedicated residential facility for a period of time, rather than receiving care at home or in hospital. This type of care supports people who may benefit from extra structure and support while continuing to build skills for everyday life and wellbeing.

This care is provided through: regular support from a multidisciplinary team, individualised care planning and review, support with daily living and wellbeing goals, access to therapeutic and recovery-focused activities, and support to transition back to the community when ready.

Youth Prevention and Recovery Care  (YPARC)
YPARC is a 10-bed facility that provides 24-hour treatment and support for young people aged 16 to 25 years.

Adult Prevention and Recovery Care (APARC)
APARC is a 10-single bed units. APARC provides 24-hour treatment and support for young people aged 18 to 25 years, living in the Loddon Mallee region.

CCU is a 12 bed program staffed by Bendigo Health Mental Health staff for patients aged 18 to 65 years.
